Architecture Designer

1, the organization completes the architectural design plan and the construction drawing design, enhances the plan rationality;
2. Review the design drawings of the building profession and propose solutions to solve the technical problems.
3, the organization completes the research work of building materials;
4. Implement and solve the technical problems in the construction process and the improvement of relevant design drawings, and timely support and cooperate with the requirements of the Ministry of Engineering on-site construction management.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Qualification
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Architecture or other related fields, with the qualification certificate of first-class or second-class builder is preferred.
2. Over 5 years working experience in architectural design, familiar with architectural design management;
3. Working experience in a large design institute or real estate company is preferred.
4. Proficiency in using all kinds of design software;
5. Strong communication and coordination ability, good at integrating resources;
6. Team work spirit, able to work under pressure.
