Architectural design Chief Architect

Responsibilities:
1, independently completing the project conception and deepening work;
2, to control the progress of the architectural design process, grasp the progress, arrange the division of labor and check the quality;
3. Compiling architectural design plan and design documents at all stages;
4. Instruct the architect to complete the design work.
Qualifications:
1. Architecture major, bachelor degree or above, more than 8 years relevant working experience.
2. Strong conceptual and expressive ability, understanding the main architectural design ideas at home and abroad, and able to create in combination with the market;
3. The bid that presided over the design of the architectural scheme has a higher winning rate.
4. Experience in the whole process design of various types of buildings, especially in the design of high-rise residential buildings, and have completed cases, familiar with the domestic first-and second-tier cities of high-rise residential projects;
5. Be familiar with relevant national policies, regulations and design codes; be able to keep pace with the development trend of architectural trends.
6. Good coordination and communication skills, language skills and strong sense of teamwork.
