Job Description
Responsibilities:
1, to provide guests with quality Thai food, to achieve good quality and low cost;
2. Assist the chef in ensuring the normal operation of the kitchen and ensuring the supply of high quality food.
3, update and develop cookbook cards and products.
4. Participate in menu making;
5. Participate in the formulation of food demand and market purchase orders.
6. Make up the order, supervise and control the quality and quantity of the stock.
7. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Qualifications:
1. High school (technical secondary school) or above;
2, can independently produce all kinds of Thai hot dishes.
3. Over 3 years working experience in Thai food production.
4. Understand Thailand culture and familiarity with Thai food culture.
5. Strong sense of responsibility, good health and strong spirit of hardship.
6. Having Thai communication skills is preferred.
