Landscape Designer

Job description:
1. Responsible for deepening and expanding the landscape design.
2. Assist project manager to produce high-quality bidding documents according to customer requirements and actual situation.
3, according to the project arrangement, finish the project design on time and quality.
4, maintain smooth communication with the collaboration department to ensure the efficient completion of the project.
5. Complete other matters assigned by the leader.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, graduated from landscape architecture design or other related majors.
2. More than 3 years of experience in preliminary design, large-scale landscape design, or design institutes, large real estate enterprises with the same job experience is preferred;
3. Be able to independently carry out the deepening scheme and the preliminary expansion design, fully understand the designer's design concept and style, have rich design experience and field experience, design works have a strong landing, have a strong ability to design detailed drawings, graphic expression is clear, beautiful, familiar with the use of materials, familiar with the site of various construction techniques;
4. Proficiency in computer graphics operations, such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch-up, etc.
5. Have good appreciation ability, fashion aesthetics and innovative consciousness, communication and coordination ability, strong sense of responsibility, mature and active work attitude.
