Technical Support Operation Management

Responsibilities:
1. contact and follow up with prospective customers to make quotations, tenders, business negotiations and contract signing.
2. responsible for new customer development, keep track of industry trends, master customer needs, and complete signing.
3. receive customers from the company.
4. follow up all project progress and assist in dealing with problems.
5. follow up project refund and payment.
6. coordinate and deal with customer complaints and project problems timely, soothe the customers' mood and ensure the smooth progress of the project.
7. consolidate and maintain old customers and develop them again.
8. responsible for liaison, communication, coordination and cooperation with the company's theater.
9. follow up the whole project to promote the smooth completion of the project.
10. complete leadership instructions and assist in handling other daily matters.
Job requirements:
1. college degree or above, major in marketing or economics.
2. More than one year working experience, with relevant design, construction, business or sales related work experience is preferred;
3. Good communication and learning ability, standard Putonghua, proactive work, good image, temperament
Good priority;
4. Have good working habits, can skillfully use Word, excel and other office software, computer operation skilled;
5. Careful and conscientious work, strong sense of responsibility, quick thinking, three views, with a strong team spirit;
