Job description:
1. familiar with soft loading expertise, and can independently complete the overall design plan.
2. Responsible for the management of the company's soft-fitting design and team; Lead the design team to complete the soft-fitting design work and give guidance; Provide expert-level design consultation.
3. The overall control of the design of the theme, style, color, product selection and details of the size of fabrics and other choices, will be able to plan and indoor space to do a precise combination;
4. Supervise and instruct the designer to finish the design work in time, quality and quantity, and organize the on-site display and debugging work.
5. Have a thorough understanding of various soft-fitting products (furniture, lamps, carpets, curtains, ornaments, hangings, sculptures, etc.), be able to accurately budget, select products, and factory inspection;
6. Concern, analyze the development trend of external competitive market and industry trends, and take part in formulating relevant strategies and measures, and effectively implement, establish, improve and strictly implement the departmental standard operating procedures and specifications in light of the various conditions of customers.

Qualifications:
1. Over eight years of experience in serving real estate clients and more than five years of similar management experience. Software design experience in hotels, restaurants, coffee, shopping malls or private luxury houses. Experience in designing high-end design companies abroad is preferred.
2. Interior design, decoration, environmental art, or related professional graduates, with a certain customer resources, has a wealth of design team management experience;
3. Have a certain insight into the trend of decorative style, familiar with the principle of color matching, can use color analysis of space, color adjustment familiar with indoor fashion style, familiar with the main material characteristics of various accessories, use range, can reasonably design space accessories; 4. Hand-painted ability, timely outline ideas Creative, expert in art and design, strong language communication skills, good conversion of design ideas into words, with a keen sense of market, with customer analysis and market analysis capabilities;
5. proficient in Auto CAD, 3D Max, Photoshop software, familiar with graphic design and InDesign;
