Post duties
1, mainly responsible for the company's market development, development of model housing projects.
2, do a good job in market research, grasp market dynamics, and do a good job of market analysis.
3. Understand the competitor's information through various channels, and carefully analyze the competitor's successful experience and failure lessons, as a reference for their own operations.
4. Formulate the market development policy and plan, and do a good job in the implementation of the market development plan of each branch.
5, timely guide the market development of each branch, and organize the inspection of the business between the branches.
6, directly participate in major market development projects and coordinate business activities among departments.
7, summarize every business action in time, constantly adjust and improve business.

Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in marketing is preferred.
