Architectural design director

Responsibilities:
1. conduct technical checks on the work of members of the architectural planning department;
2. provide technical support and control the design direction;
3. Responsible for the organization and implementation of the company's project plan design, the implementation of project plan design planning, allocation, formulation of relevant design specifications, the establishment of a unified program design specifications and design standards; responsible for building planning landscape and other projects throughout the organization and coordination and technical guidance
4. Independently and decisively determine the conceptual design scheme and follow the market positioning, close to market demand, closely follow the trend of domestic and international architectural design style;
Qualifications:
5. responsible for the organization and management of personnel in the building planning theater, and responsible for the overall quality of the project.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in architecture and planning.
2. More than 10 years working experience, 3 years or above in a real estate development company or an overseas design company.
3. Experience in planning and design company, experience in designing characteristic towns and landscape projects, presiding over a number of large-scale planning projects, rich engineering experience, strong technical guidance, professional insights, aesthetic ability, in the industry has a certain influence;
4. Effectively set up the project team, improve the quality of the project, quality and completion of the objectives, effective control of plans and progress, good at project organization and management, good at communication and coordination.
5. A registered architect certificate and a registered planner are preferred.
