Interior Designer

Responsibilities:
1. Ability to guide, share and design drawings for commercial complex projects, fine decoration projects, Hotel projects, special-shaped spaces, large real estate projects.
2. Familiar with design thinking and design concepts and transfer to the details of the drawings design, complete a set of high-demand drawings design work;
3, take the initiative to undertake the relationship between process and practice in the solution.
4. Assist the Department to do well in drawing design.
5. Assist the Department to follow up the material application and project progress.
6. Participate in the cooperation and negotiation of the project construction site; if necessary, follow up the construction site to rectify the drawings, solve the construction difficulties and make the completed drawings.
7. Be diligent in thinking, good at communicating effectively, and be good at studying all kinds of drawings that the interior surpasses oneself ability.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above in architecture, architecture, landscape architecture, interior design, etc.
2. More than 5 years experience in regular design office or fine decoration design company, finishing decoration drawing design.
3. Familiar with AUTOCAD software, and proficient in using other related software.
4. Proficient in drawing design and drawing specifications and requirements;
5. Proficient in engineering design standards and requirements, and have a certain understanding of relevant national industry standards.
6. Be proficient in all kinds of detail handling, node and closing methods, and independently finish the design of finishing drawings and documents. Experience in construction process and knowledge of material and design budgetary estimate;
7, work attitude requires active and rigorous.
8. Good at understanding and communication, good at organizing and coordinating, teamwork and problem-solving skills;
9. Be diligent and down-to-earth, have good professional ethics, strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, rigorous, withstand internal pressure, respect the company rules and regulations requirements and system requirements.
