Design Director

Job description:
1. Audit the design quality of the company's projects, control the efficiency of the project, assist and guide the design team to design ideas, design and display, implement the company's technical standards and design workflow, and put forward suggestions for optimization.
2. Responsible for organizing company training and design evaluation, handling complaints from owners or colleagues, and reporting to the president regularly on the operation of various departments;
3. Keep abreast of and grasp new design trends, new materials, new processes and other design related information.
4, representing the company to attend important design project meetings and reports, and report to the president after the meeting.
5. Reception of the company's external visitors, and introduce the company's background, achievements and works to visitors.
6. Assist the development department in developing new projects and new customers.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above in a professional art college. Graduated from environmental art or interior design or architectural design.
2. Have team management experience, have been in charge of large-scale public space design (hotel, commercial, construction, etc.) more than 10 years of work experience;
3. Overseas study background or overseas work experience is preferred.
