Post duties
1, analyze the needs of customers, introduce the advantages of courses and recommend course packages accurately.
2, professional answer customer queries and consultation, continue to track customer needs, and maintain good relations with customers;
3, guide customers to sign the curriculum agreement and complete the payment of the course fees;
4. Feedback customers'opinions and suggestions to department heads in time, constantly improve their own service quality, and provide customers with quality services;
5, cooperate with the market department to carry out market development activities, and strive to exceed sales targets.
6, attend regular sales meetings, participate in business training, and constantly sum up and improve yourself.
Qualification
1, 20-40 years old, college degree or above, committed to long-term development in the education industry;
2. Affinity, strong sense of service, strong language skills, more than a year of sales experience in the course is preferred;
3, positive and positive, strong ambition and high self-management ability;
4. Team work spirit, able to work under pressure.
5. Good sales performance.
