Define the work content of the next stage with the softwares department after confirmation of each stage; 7, responsible for "schedule", "receipt signing", "negotiation notes", "technical correspondence", "change order", "assignment order". Follow up and implement the "confirmation letter" of the entrusted stages. job requirements: 1, undergraduate degree or above in interior design (or overseas education background). More than 5 years working experience, international and domestic well-known design company work experience; 2, excellent design ability, sharp thinking. Experience in hosting large and medium-sized projects independently. According to the current international and domestic trends, can make a new and satisfying work, while familiar with various decorative materials and construction technology; 3, with good professional quality, a high degree of professionalism, can lead and organize the design team. 4, with large and medium-sized project bidding, bid experience, good communication and negotiation skills. 5, complex interior design priority; 6, innovative design concepts and inspiration, strong hand-painted expression ability; 7, with the personal charm of designers after precipitation; 8, good stability, strong communication and organization ability.
