Post duties
1. according to the user resources provided by the company to analyze the needs of potential users, help users make learning plans.
2. Need to be enthusiastic and patient to answer user's questions and consulting, keep track of user's needs, and establish a good partnership with users;
3. to provide users with efficient after-school services, including answering questions and solving problems, after-school counselling;
4. track user's learning progress and supervise in time.
5. communicate with users regularly and provide feedback.
Qualification
1. bachelor degree or above, committed to long-term development in the education industry;
2. good communication skills, strong affinity and strong sense of service;
3. positive sunshine and good self-management ability;
3. English CET 6, TEM 4 above, IELTS and TOEFL scores preferred.
4. working experience in the same industry is preferred.
