Process Engineer

1. Responsible for compiling the processing and assembly process of electronic products, drawing up SOP work instruction.
2. To be responsible for the formulation and implementation of the production process and process standards of electronic products, and to analyze and solve on-site process problems.
3. Responsible for formulating and modifying the working hours of product assembly standards.
4. Responsible for the reasonable layout of product assembly process and maximum production layout.
5. Responsible for the implementation and implementation of new technologies and technologies.
6, analyze and solve the electronic product quality problems of customer complaints, formulate, implement corrective and preventive measures.
Qualification
1. College degree or above, major in electronics or mechanical product design, familiar with 3D software Pro/e or Solidworks, 2D software AutoCAD, etc.
2, 2 years or more relevant work experience, with plastic, hardware, electronic products process management experience is preferred;
3. Familiar with product assembly process, product structure and performance, product testing process, assembly tooling design or fixture manufacturing;
4. Be skilled in compiling product process documents, proposing product defects in structure or electronics, and undertaking the development and implementation of process flow.
5. Analyzing the structure of the product, analyzing the abnormal causes and solving them effectively, having a strong sense of quality and a certain practical ability.
