Qualifications:
1. be familiar with the direction of education and teaching reform of K12 in Chinese.
2. more than 5 years of Chinese teaching experience in junior middle school or above.
3. has worked as a teaching and research leader or a teaching researcher for more than 3 years.
4. age 35-50 years old.
Post duties
1. choose or compile the Chinese curriculum system;
2. clear teaching mode;
3. recruitment and audit of language teachers;
4. ensure excellent language teaching level;
5. training language teachers;
6. organize student language tests;
7. Lead the teaching team to complete the marking of Chinese test and the comment of test paper according to the teaching requirements of different regions.
8. organize class review, teacher evaluation and so on.
