Job Description
Post duties:
1. Responsible for the pre-design positioning, planning and design guidance of development projects;
2. Independently complete the management work of preliminary investigation and planning scheme design.
3. Responsible for the conception of pre-project design scheme;
4. Organize and coordinate the cooperation between the whole process of project pre-design and construction.
5. Complete the scheduled progress and design on time.
6, responsible for communication and coordination with relevant departments.
7. Strong innovative consciousness and strong ability of architectural design scheme design.
8. Control the effects, models and multimedia comprehensively.
Requirements for office:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Architecture or related field; Foreigners are preferred.
2, 5 years or so design or planning experience in construction industry;
3. Strong ability of scheme design for large-scale engineering projects.
4. Familiar with the project design process, and have strong control over the design of the project.
5. Be able to organize and coordinate teams to carry out the project design and overall plan, with good communication and expression skills, strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
6, with the project site design (general layout design), planning and design, architectural design and other aspects of the ability;
7, familiar with urban planning, architectural design, tectonics, water supply and drainage, warm roads, electrical, enterprise management, and related laws and other knowledge;
8. Design experience of various architectural types, independently completed urban design projects, such as residential, office buildings and other large public buildings, and have completed cases.
9, with unique creative ideas and innovative awareness, the project design organization and management experience, can accurately understand the needs of the project, and good at communication and coordination, the exterior and materials of the building have a strong ability to audit;
