Localization Operation Supervisor / Specialist (EN/RU/DE/FR)

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Localization:
Monitor and achieve the best linguistic / cultural quality required for local market
Translation/Proofreading: game language and cultural translation/adaptation
QA: game language and cultural quality assurance
Editing: Write, adapt and supervise consistency and quality of marketing materials
-CS / Public Relation:
Help improve our social community and supervise the linguistic/cultural quality for all CS/PR work.
Customer Service: Answer questions and solutions from players
Social Media: administration and expansion
Operating duty
Localization:
Monitor and implement the best language and cultural qualities required for the local market
Translation/proofreading: translation/proofreading of localized game content
Quality Assurance: Quality Assurance for Game Language and Localization
Editor: Compile, adjust and supervise consistency and quality of marketing materials
Customer service / Public Relations:
Help improve our social media and monitor the language / localization quality of all customer service / PR work.
Customer Service: Answer Questions and Solve Players'Questions
Social media: management and business extension of social platforms such as Facebook, forums, YouTube
REQUIREMENTS
High interest and knowledge in video games and mobile games
Minimum Bachelor degree, and 1 year of translation related work experience in video game industry
Excellent local language writing skills
Conversational/fluent English and Chinese are preferred.
Computer skills: Word, Excel, Google tools, Photoshop...
Creativity is a must
Tenure requirements
Highly interested in and cognizant of mobile games and games
Bachelor degree or above, more than 1 year experience in translation or related work in game industry
Excellent local language writing skills
Bonus points: fluent English and Chinese conversation
