Job Description
Post duties:
1. Responsible for introducing the basic information of the community to the guests who have made the appointment, and showing the guests the room.
2. Responsible for contract signing, charge collection, description, etc.
3, responsible for the daily maintenance and management of the community, and be able to cope with unexpected situations and difficulties.
4, maintain tenant relationship, organize tenant activities and improve tenant satisfaction;
5. Responsible for the daily operation of coffee bar and supporting clubs.
Requirements for office:
1. College degree or above, sex is not limited, image is good;
2, bear hardships and stand hard work, be positive and optimistic, have entrepreneurial passion and dream, have a high sense of responsibility for work.
3. Good communication skills and team spirit, strong execution, strong internal and external coordination ability and flexible response.
4. Experience in apartment management, catering sales, hotel management, chain service management is preferred.
5, love to make friends, have some entertainment expertise and hobbies are preferred.
