Job Description
ASDAN Introduction:
ASDAN is a curriculum development organization and an examination board, which provides a wide variety of courses, resources and qualifications that teachers use to recognize and reward activities undertaken by young people outside of their formal academic subject work.
ASDAN develops and accredits skills for learning. ASDAN headquarters are in Bristol, England. This sposition is for the Beijing office.
Job Description:
You will lead ASDAN Programs and your responsibilities will include agenda management for overseas trips in Europe and/or US, updating and improving current materials, interviewing students for our programs, proof-reading related academic materials etc. You will be also responsible for leading some Of the short programs, e.g. Business Simulations and other ASDAN China business programs. You will have involvement in ASDAN Qualification Programs for portfolio checking and leading international trips for winter and summer breaks.
Start Date: Job starts in August 2018. Early start in June/July can June/July
Duration: We will accept candidates who are ready to join for at 6 will (2019).
Additional Information and Benefits:
Full-time 9am-6pm (1-hour lunch break);
2 days off per week (not always Sat/Sun);
Monthly salary of 4000RMB (including training time in Beijing);
Bonuses from 4000RMB per organised trip (details in ASDAN Employee Handbook);
Travel insurance in China;
Accommodation support allowance 1000RMB or stay in a company dorm;
Travel costs for business trips will be completely covered;
Monthly For long-term staff: a clear career path, monthly salary growth to growth

Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above;
Fluent German and English;
(Great) presentation skills;
Understanding of Chinese working
Culture would be a plus;
Organisational skills;
Enjoy to work with students and up for new challenges;
Ability to adapt in new environment and fast learner.
