4. Action: action really speaks for thought. Our work may be tedious and repetitive, because we should leave the freshness, happiness and stimulation to the students and children. Actions also need results. We are a company that applauds your efforts and pays for your results. I hope you can start from the most basic work, because we will not promote a person without grass-roots work experience to do management work.
5. Sharing: after observation, belief, thinking and action, your view is really valuable. It should be shared with partners. This is the company orientation that we have always advocated. Sharing doesn't mean criticizing and criticizing everything. There is no point in criticizing and criticizing blindly. Let's improve what we do now; let's make it perfect what we do now.
