Yangzhou middle school education group Shuren school was founded in June 1999. After 20 years of rapid and healthy development, it has formed a pattern of "one school, three districts and four departments", namely, Jiulonghu, Nanmen Street and Fengqi lake, and four primary schools, junior high schools, senior high schools and international departments. At the same time, we are entrusted to manage the Experimental Middle School of Yangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone. There are 139 classes, 6745 students and 462 staff.
  Shuren School of Yangzhou High School Education Group was established in June 1999. After twenty years; fast and healthy development, it has formed the pattern of one school, three campuses (Jiulonghu Campus , Nanmenjie Campus and Fengxihu Campus ) and four divisions(Primary School Division, Junior High School Division, Senior High School Di vision and International Division), and in the meantime it is entrusted with administering the Experimental High School of Yangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone. Currently, it has 139 classes, 6745 in-school students, and 462 full-time teaching and non-teaching staff.
Since its establishment, our school has been adhering to the educational concept and mode of "integrating humanities and science, attaching equal importance to both comprehensive and characteristic", adhering to the school tenet of "building people-oriented, serving the society", and gradually formed the school spirit of "building morality, building people, self-improvement", "teaching, excellence" and "happy learning, sound growth".
  Since the setup of Shuren School, we have been insisting on the educational philosophy and pattern of “combining science and humanities, and co-regarding comprehensive and featured education”; on the running-school tenet of “cultivating souls as the ultimate goal and serving the society”, and have stepwise formed the school spirit of “cultivating souls with exemplified morals and striving for consistent improvements”;the teaching spirit of “teaching knowledge, cultivating souls, and keeping improving” and the learning spirit of “joyous learning and growing wholesomely”
Our school has always adhered to the "three integrity" quality concept, adhere to the development road of "quality based, scientific research based, culture based and characteristic based", and steadily improve the quality of education and teaching. The high school entrance examination has made brilliant achievements, and it is taking many indicators such as the number of people who are developing the middle school and have reached four-star high school or above to rank first in the city. The college entrance examination scores continue to surpass, and the number of college graduates and key universities is increasing year by year, which is highly praised by parents and the society.
  We have been adhering to the principle of quality, “Three Wholes”, and on the practice of “making the school established on quality, strengthened through scientific research, prosper through culture, and stand out through featuredness”, followed by a gradual promotion of quality of education and teaching. Matriculation performance ha s been bettering, the number of students that have been admitted by key senior high schools and universities is growing year after year, which has been recognized by parents and well reputed by the society.
In education and teaching, the school actively implements the teaching mode of "difference cooperation", focuses on efficient teaching, focuses on the main position of the classroom, insists on the quality of the classroom, and the quality of the students' independent learning and development. In August 2012, it successfully applied to become one of the 100 digital learning pilot schools in Jiangsu Province, and made positive exploration in promoting e-learning in an all-round way. In the past two years, e-learning has achieved good results through expert guidance, observation learning and self attempt, and has received leaders and peers from more than 20 schools all over the country to visit and guide, and organized nearly ten observation and exhibition activities. At the same time, we should strengthen "three self-education", build "three learning communities", cultivate "three characteristics", and strive to cultivate excellent students with "international vision, Chinese soul, Yangzhou feelings and human characteristics". "Three self education" is: independent life, independent learning, independent planning of life. "Three learning communities" include: in class learning community with group cooperative learning as the main body, extracurricular learning community with Academy of Sciences as the position, and in school and out of school learning community with team integration as the carrier. The "three characteristics" are: reading English classics, cultivating the Academy of Sciences and learning mode of "difference cooperation". In recent years, the school has built 58 school-based courses, including primary and high school subjects, so that every student in the school has at least one favorite elective course.
  In the process of education and teaching, we actively carry out the teaching mode of “difference and cooperation”, highlight efficient teaching, pay close attention to the classroom performance which is essential to high teaching quality and pursue high quality through students independent learning as well as their independent developmen t. In 2012 August ,she declared the success that she has become one of the 100 digital learningpilot schoolsin Jiangsu Province, She has been actively exploring in advancing e-learning. For two years, through expert guidance, learning, self learning attempts, e-learning has achieved good results, and she has received more than 20 schools across the country and many colleagues came to visit and she organized observation and exhibition of nearly ten times. Meanwhile, referring to Shuren Footprints, we strengthen “three-independence education”, build”three learning communities”, and cultivate “three features”, through which we aim to arm students with international vision, Chin ese spirits, and Yangzhou temperament. The “three-independence education” refers to independent living, independent learning, and independent design of life. The “three learning communities” include group-cooperation-learning featured in-class learning community, the extracurricular learning community at Chinese Academy of Sciences for You ngsters (CASY), and the integrated group in- and out-of-school learning community. The”three features”are English Classic Reading, Shuren Chinese Academy of Sciences for Youngsters (thereafter referred to as Shuren Academy), and difference-cooperation learning mode. After several years unremitting efforts, we have opened 58 courses including a ll junior and senior high school subjects, leaving every student to be able to choose one optional course to their liking.
On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of 2009, the University established the Academy of science and technology of cultivating fewer talents to conduct theoretical research and practical exploration on the early training of scientific and technological innovation talents. Our school adopts the three-level management mode based on class, which is characterized by cultivating students' ability of "self-study, self-care, self-education and self-evaluation", with the top-notch improvement of General Construction Institute, school-based selection of grade construction branch, and implementation of Class Construction Research Institute. It determines students' knowledge quality with "science, technology, engineering, mathematics" as the core and "exploration, design, innovation, practice" As the core competence, it sublimates to the spiritual accomplishment with "rational thinking, critical questioning and brave exploration" as the core. Since its establishment, more than 2000 people have won prizes in various scientific and technological innovation competitions. Among them, 48 won gold, silver and copper awards for invention, 328 won first, second and third prizes nationwide, and 502 won first, second and third prizes in Jiangsu Province. The school also won 28 collective honors related to science and technology education, such as "excellent organization award of the second International Youth Innovation Design Competition", "top 10 science and technology innovation schools of Jiangsu Province", "five-star advanced collective of science and technology education of Jiangsu Province", "top 10 science popularization demonstration bases of China", "the first batch of stem education project pilot units of Jiangsu Province". What is more worth mentioning is that one or two small academicians, Li Mu and Tu Jing, were elected representatives of the national minority Congress. They were present at the sixth and Eighth National Youth pioneers' congresses respectively. They were kindly received by general secretary Hu Jintao and Xi Jinping. Wei Kang, Dai Weihang and Shen Yimin won the youth science and technology innovation award of Jiangsu Provincial People's government. Li Xiang, Che Jingyin, Zhu Haojun and Bao Xinyue, four academicians, have won the title of national top ten academicians. Cui Shijie and other 11 academicians have been rated as the model of science and technology innovation in Jiangsu Province. Lu Yuan and other 12 academicians have won the mayor's Award for Youth Science and technology innovation of Yangzhou city. Zhang Shiyao and other 78 students have successively become academicians of the Chinese Academy of juvenile sciences.
