The International Education of WTO Talents is a WTO Talents Training Base set up by Shenyang Municipal Government. It was established in July 2003. "International Education for World Trade Organization Talents" is characterized by excellent foreign language teaching. More than 50 full-time foreign language teachers, all from Europe, Asia and the United States, are specially recruited by the Center, and have good learning and teaching performance in their respective countries. Most of them signed a contract to teach with the center at the beginning of its establishment 11 years ago. In order to make education and training work in line with various social needs, according to the different needs of young children, adolescents and adults, the World Trade Organization Talents International Education Center has launched a series of professional training courses for young children and adolescents, including adult accounting, visual display, computer technology and so on, and has grasped various learning motivations such as intellectual development, studying abroad, choosing a career and seeking new development. To meet the needs of the population, training courses at educational level, vocational and technical education and overseas study training have been held, and the scale of training has been growing steadily. In recent years, in cooperation with many full-time schools and higher vocational colleges, professional training courses related to the employment insurance business of college students have been held, and efforts have been made to explore a win-win way to run schools with social forces.
The World Trade Organization Talents International Education Center actively participates in public welfare education activities and plays an important role in large-scale foreign-related activities sponsored by the government. During the Korean Week held by the Shenyang Municipal Government over the years, the Center, as a government sponsor, held Korean language contests for seven consecutive years, with a total of millions of participants. Entrusted by the competent authorities of the municipal government, on the occasion of the opening of the Shenyang World Park Expo and the opening of the "Shenyang Japan Week", the Center also successfully hosted the Foreign Language Competition and the Japanese Competition of the World Park Expo, and made active efforts to improve the openness and civilization of Shenyang.
