The International Exchange Service Center of the Ministry of Agriculture (hereinafter referred to as the "Center") was established in July 1998. It was expanded on the basis of the translation room of the Ministry of Agriculture to meet the needs of the development of international cooperation in agriculture. With the approval of the Ministry of Personnel and Labor, the China Association for International Exchange of Agriculture was affiliated with the Center in September 2007.
The center now has nine offices, including office, finance department, translation office, translation office, information analysis office, visa concierge office, foreign-related training office, technical cooperation office and non-governmental exchange office, with 51 authorized staff. The center is managed by the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which provides foreign affairs support and guarantee services for the international cooperation and exchange of agriculture in our department.
