With the approval of Ministry of Environmental Protection, China Environmental United Certification Center (CEC) is established a s a state-owned enterprise affiliated to MEP Environmental Development Center. It is a comprehensive certification agency with the approval of Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China China and is the authorized agency in the field of environmental certification of China. It has been recognized as one of the first group high-tech enterprises in the sector since 2014. CEC has integrated the certification resources of the organizations such as the former China Accreditation Service for Environmental Conformity Assessment, Secreta RIAT of China Certification Committee for Environmental Labeling Products, MEP Environmental Development Center and Chinese Research Academy of Environmental Sciences; improved general management of the institution, business, personnel, information and resources; and provided more professional, excellent and efficient services.
As a national authoritative certification agency in the field of environmental protection, energy conservation and climate change, CEC has been engaged in providing fair and independent third party certification services in areas such as environmental labeling, quality management system, environmental management system, occupation health & amp; Anagement system, food safety management system, HACCP, energy management system, organic products, low carbon products and general industrial products as well as audit/verification of GHG projects and the training activities in many areas.
