The founder of Thomas children's English is Jenny foster, the headmaster of London public primary school. Shenyang Thomas foreign language training school was founded in September 2012. It has formed a diversified training organization that integrates English education, kindergarten, children's quality training, teacher training, management training and student activity organization. In March 2016, it was invested by Beijing Liren investment holding (Group) Co., Ltd. and formally formed an entrepreneurial team with young people as the core team. In September 2017, the company officially changed its name to Shenyang Huanggu District Tomas foreign language training school.
