The Sino Japanese youth friendly cultural exchange center was established in 1994 and is recognized by the government as an international educational institution.
Founded 24 years ago, the center has focused on the cultural and linguistic exchanges between China and Japan. More than 20,000 Japanese public and non-public colleges have been set up. The students are mainly composed of senior managers of Japanese enterprises in China, representatives of Japanese agencies and embassy staff.
