Native English Teacher(Famale)

Position Responsibilities:
1. Design courses by integrating Chinese and Western curriculum systems, adopting international teaching philosophies and methodologies.
2. Deliver lessons and organize/implement curriculum-related activities.
3. Actively participate in teaching and academic research to enhance curriculum quality.
4. Collaborate promptly with the teaching team to monitor and support students’ holistic development.

Requirements:
1. Both native and non-native English speakers are acceptable; bachelor’s degree or higher with TESOL, TEFL, PGCE, or a national teaching qualification.
2. Prior teaching experience preferred; professional appearance and positive demeanor.
3. Strong communication skills with a dynamic and engaging teaching style; broad knowledge base.
4. Passion for working with children, innovative thinking, and ability to refine teaching processes through self-reflection to foster students’ all-round growth.
