1 Home tutor, like homestay.
2 Your duty is teaching host kid English, accompany kids to play or have activities together, such as having games, doing sports, reading stories, do handcraft or something else kids interested. You also need to bring kids to school and pick up kids from school. The most important part is providing English speaking environment to host kids.
3 Local family will provide you free accommodation and meals. Free social activities. Free trips or travel.
4 You need to be responsible for your own visa.
5 Bonus.
