ESL TEACHER

班级学生年龄3-12岁

每周工作5天 ， 每天工作7小时

Job description
1.Job title: English Teacher;
2.Provide English course to students of all ages (3 to 10 mainly);
3.Give demonstration classes to new and prospective students and participate in marketing activities;
4.Attend weekly meetings, trainings, workshops and do all required paperwork (lesson plans, study plans, activity planning, etc);
5.Handle class sizes around 7 ;
6.5 working days per week
7.Working hours per week: 35; each class around 45 minutes long

Requirements
1. English speaker preferred;
2. Bachelor's or Master’s degree and majored in education preferred;
3. At least 1 years related experience with reference letter;
4. TEFL/TESOL certificate preferred;
5. 22 to 45 years old

岗位职责：
1. 结合中西方课程体系，采用国际化教学理念和方式，进行课程设计研发；
2. 课程讲授、课程相关活动的组织实施；
3. 积极做好教学教研活动，与外方教师沟通探讨，提升业务能力，课程品质；
4. 与家长做好家校沟通，及时与教学组讨论跟进学生的全面发展。

任职要求：
1. 母语或者非母语老师都可以，学士学历以上
2. 具备2年以上教师相关工作经验，海外或国际学校工作背景优先；
3. 具有很强的英文表达能力，讲课生动活泼，知识面宽广；
4. 热爱教师行业，开拓性思维，善于通过教学反思改进教学过程，助力学生各方面能力的提升。
