• Attend classes, trainings and meetings on time as required.
• Improve your academic and teaching skills consistently through training, group class
practice and individual practice.
• Use First Leap’s teaching approach to deliver the courses.
• Provide academic coaching or guidance to students before, during and after class in order to ensure successful learning outcomes, as well as student engagement and motivation.
• Ongoing communication with parents and students.

Requirements to teach English in China：
(Beijing)
1. Native English speaker
2. Degree : BA or above (Education, Linguistics or English degree given to priority)
3. Experience : TEFL/other teaching certificate, teaching experience given to priority
4. Nationality: USA, UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand. No strong accent
5. Relocate : Must be positive about relocating to China
6. Healthy，Enthusiastic, career-oriented teachers with a passion for education and young learners. Energetic, self-driven and focused on learner achievement.
7. Have commitment to continuous professional development and be welcoming of assessment and feedback.
