IB/Ap/Alevel music tutoring

岗位职责：
1. 有乐器特长，活泼有感染力，喜欢音乐或者戏剧舞蹈类活动；
2.根据公司IB AP ALevel教材和课程体系的要求，结合中西方课程体系，采用国际化教学理念和方式，进行音乐课程和活动设计研发；
3.课程讲授、音乐课程相关活动的组织实施；
4.积极做好教学教研活动，保证课程品质；
5.及时与公司讨论跟进学生的全面发展。

任职要求：
1. 母语为英语，学士学历以上，音乐教育或者演奏类专业优先；
2. 具备1年以上音乐教师相关工作经验，学校工作背景优先；
3. 讲课生动活泼，音乐知识面宽广；
4. 热爱教师行业，开拓性思维，善于通过教学反思改进教学过程，助力学生音乐能力的提升。

补习老师
We are seeking an Online IB Tutoring Teacher to help our Chinese clients excel academically! You will provide non-classroom instruction to students on an individual or group basis.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and educate students in a non-classroom setting
* Design and implement lesson plans at varying academic levels
* Establish academic goals and milestones with students
* Document and communicate progress reports
* Provide constructive feedback for students
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or other related fields
* Ability to build rapport with students
* Sufficient knowledge of core educational subjects
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
