Firstalk Education was founded in 2009, to determine how best to educate Chinese children and has developed a widespread reputation in this industry throughout the years.

We introduced the concept and system of private schools in the United States with an integrated curriculum system, as well as an integration of the characteristics of Chinese culture combined with traditional Chinese education qualities, which complement each other. We not only provide children with a foundation from which to learn English, but also a platform from which they can plan and build their futures

Due to our company’s rapid expansion, we currently have 2 centers located in Beijing and more than 10 training centers across China.

Position
Full time language teacher
(for students aged 3-12 years old) Class content:
teach 3-12 years old kids class
Class size: 6-12 students per group class


Requirement
1. Be a native English speaker or non-native with an excellent command of English
2. Hold a bachelor’s degree or above
3. Be at least 26 years old (government regulations for working visas)
4. Have at least 2 years of full-time work experience (government regulations for working visas)
5. Hold an EFL teaching certificate such as TEFL/TESOL/CELTA. Benefits
1. Basic Salary ranging from 12,000-18,000 RMB a teaching hour subsidy payment (salary varies depending on experience, educational qualifications and language proficiency)
2. Pay raise based on performance evaluations every three months
3. Assistance with work visa process and expenses covered by the company
4. All Chinese National holidays and Christmas Day off paid with an additional 3 weeks reduced pay holiday and up to 4 days paid sick leave of 30% of the full salary.
5. Promotion opportunities available after three months
Working schedule
Full time: Wednesday – Friday 2pm-9pm, Saturday, Sunday 8:30am – 18:30pm
