Aston English is one of the leading English training schools in China, and Jining Aston is one of its flagships. With over 1200 students, from ages four up to eighteen, we have a great team of foreign teachers and Chinese teachers working together in a great environment. Jining Aston is a western ran school, with foreign management and good English communication, ensuring that no problem little or large is ever lost in translation. We provide our own challenging and exciting books, which are simple to teach and easy to understand.

At Jining Aston we specialize in oral English and we operate slightly differently to your average school. Our target for each and every lesson is FUN. We find that if students are enjoying class they are more likely to be motivated, more likely to participate and most importantly more likely to learn. Your lessons will often involve games, activities and challenges however th****** provide the curriculum, YOU provide the creativity to get your message across.

All of our teachers are given a full three day training course by the foreign manager after their arrival. The course provides an enjoyable start to life at Aston as it ensures that you will be fully prepared and comfortable the first time you step into one of our classrooms.

Teachers at Jining Aston will earn 18,000 RMB, teaching up to 21 class hours per week with 2 enjoyable days off. This will give you plenty of time to travel around China, hang out with friends or discover the wonders of Jining, a city full of surprises. From the homelike restaurants owned by Italian families, to the Li Bai museum (probably the most important poet in Chinese culture), Jining is the perfect combination of Chinese traditions and the modern era. Less than an hour away from Jining, you can find Qufu, the hometown of the famous philosopher Confucius.

Who we are looking for:
• Passport holders from the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, South Africa, New Zealand or the Republic of Ireland.
• A university bachelors degree in any subject
• 120 hour TEFL certificate or equivalent, OR at least two years of teaching experience (international teaching experience is preferred)
• Clean criminal record
• A genuine desire to live abroad
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
