Position: Full-time English Teacher
Location: Jinan, China
Responsibilities: Teaching students aged from 3 to 18 years of age, responsibilities involve working in a large team of foreign and local staff to improve the education of our students.
Requirements : Bachelor’s Degree, TEFL/TESOL/CELTA, clear background check, relationship building skills, adaptability, ability to pass all visa requirements including medical check, in China or willing to relocate to China. (teaching experience preferred)

Salary package: Competitive packages (after tax -based on experience and qualifications)
Benefits : Continuous support, housing allowance/provided accommodation, flight allowance, ongoing professional and career development programs, paid z-visa/work permit, airport pickup, full week of regional on-boarding training on arrival, staff events, 13 days annual leave and statutory holidays, opportunity for 4 weeks unpaid leave between contracts, performance-based bonuses, assistance in completing TEFL qualification, insurance
Working Hours : 5 days a week with 2 consecutive week days off each week. Hours vary in peak periods, includes weekend and shift work. Class size of 12-16 students.

About the Company: EF’s mission is simple- opening the world through education. EF Jinan has been providing educational services to students in Tianjin for 2 years (we also have a sister city in Tianjin with centers opened 19 years ago). We currently have 2 centers in Jinan and will open new centers this year, (we have 7 centers in Tianjin with more on the way this year as well). We pride ourselves on giving our teachers the ability to grow and develop as professionals. We currently employ a dynamic and diverse team of over 10 International Teachers from around the world.
About the city: Jinan is the capital, as well as, one of the largest cities in the Shandong Province of Eastern China. The city of Jinan has a very rich historical and cultural background. Many of the greatest minds in China’s long history hailed from Jinan, including Zou Yan (who developed the concepts of Yin-Yang and the Five Elements), as well as, Confucius (the great philosopher who established his influential teachings and values into Confucianism). Jinan is often referred to as the “City of Springs” because of its large number of natural artesian springs. For anyone looking to move to Jinan, the people are very friendly, the food is extremely delicious, and the cost of living is quite inexpensive. A definite recommendation for an ideal developing location to work and reside.
