ESL Teacher -Full time&Part Time

Curriculum and pedagogy:

Plan and deliver English language lesson in accordance with the company’s guidelines and framework to achieve desired learning outcomes.
Evaluate teaching and learning approaches aligned to the curriculum frameworks.
Teacher needs to talk with his/her TA about students' performance and suggestions and do cooperation together.
Apply classroom management strategies, and strategies to observe children’s learning.
Be actively involved in the planning and preparation of curriculum.

Job requirement:

Min 2 years working experience teaching in English
Bachelor’s Degree above hold at least 120hours TESOL, TEFL or Celta certificate
Must be responsive to the needs of young children
Create a secure environment for young children through nurturing a respectful, responsive and reciprocal relationship with them.

Salary Range and Benefits:

Full time English language Teacher- Rmb 14K-25K per month
Teachers’ package includes annual leaves (7 days), insurance and performance bonus (contract completion bonus 8000RMB) .
Demo class bonus: 200RMB/each student
Housing allowance: RMB 1500-2000Language abilities:
Strong command of English language (Written and spoken)

Job commitment:

Able to commit long-term (at least 1 year)
Working hours:
Full-Time Position:
5 days per week, 2 days off/weekdays (40 hours per week)
25 class hrs+ (10-15) working hrs
Part-time Position:
We prefer to discuss by wechat/phone or Face to Face.
