Mears International English is expanding with a third school due to open in Yinchuan, one of the fastest growing cities in China. To join our team and be part of our growth you’ll need to have a growth mindset and be passionate about teaching young people. You'll be working alongside colleagues from China, the UK, South Africa and the Philippines, and receive a comprehensive training and development package.

Our International Teachers:

* Deliver engaging English language classes to students aged 3-16 years old (up to 10 students per class), using internationally recognized course books and teaching materials.
* Work a 40 hour working week (20-25 contact teaching hours), which includes evenings and weekends
* Are responsible for measuring academic performance and communicating to parents with the help of local staff

Job Benefits

* Salary of between 14000 Yuan and 18000 Yuan per month, depending on qualifications and experience

Requirements

* 2 year's teaching experience or TEFL/TESOL certificate
* Completed Bachelor Degree or above
* English language fluency
* Passion for learning and enthusiastic about working with children
