ESL Teacher

1. 学历背景：Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in education or relevant subject matter；
2. 工作经历：Minimum of two years of classroom experience；
3. 知识：
3.1 Knowledge of current pedagogical best practices；
3.2 Knowledge of core subject matter to be taught；
3.3 Knowledge of language acquisition；
4. 专业技能：
4.1 Native or near native fluency in English，
4.2 Strong written English skills；
4.3 Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PPT, Excel；
4.4 Ability to write formal lesson plans；
4.5 Ability to develop curriculum with limited resources；
4.6 Strong classroom management skills
5. 职业素养：
5.1 Ability to communicate well with students, parents, and colleagues;
5.2 Willing to work as part of a team;
5.3 Ability to exercise good judgment
