Job description
1. Job title: ESL
2. Provide English course to students of all ages (2 to 12 mainly);
3. Give demonstration classes to new and prospective students and participate in marketing activities;
4. Attend weekly meetings, trainings, workshops and do all required paperwork (lesson plans, study plans, activity planning, etc
5. class sizes：4-8
6. 5 days per week
7. Working hours per week: 36 (22 Classes office hours)


Benefits Package
1.Salary: 9000-13000 RMB per month;
2. Bonus system
a.Basic salary 9000RMB
b. Teaching hours payment 40 RMB per hour, 16 teaching hours minimum,teaching more hours get more
a. Contract completion bonus: up to 5000RMB;
b. Bonus for new teacher recommendation;
c. Overtime pay: 80 RMB per extra class taught,
d. Quarterly efficiency bonus: 0-6000 RMB depending on performance
3. Allowance system
a. Housing allowance: 1,000 RMB per month;

Requirements
1. Native English speaker preferred;
2. Bachelor's at least
3. At least 2 years related experience with reference letter;
4. TEFL/TESOL certificate preferred;
5. 22 to 40 years old
