Systems Engineer系统工程师

Role Overview
Critical and central member of the Local IT Team and pivot element of the Regional IT Team, the Systems Engineer (or Senior Systems Administrator) will be responsible of maintaining, improving and securing the IT infrastructure of our studios in China, but also to help with the systems administration in the other studios in the region.
She/he will report to the Regional Head of IT Systems and guide the rest of the Local IT Team when and if needed.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Manage and monitor all the systems related infrastructure
• Maintain security, backup and redundancy strategies
• Communicate effectively with IT support staff to ensure smooth operations in production
• Supervise Active Directory
• Maintain and implement GPO policies according to regional and global policies
• Maintain and improve existing deployment servers and windows update services
• Conform to and enforce company IT security policies
• Train and mentor the other IT team members

Requirements
• Master's degree in Computer Science preferred, but not required if equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of IT technical experience
• Good level of spoken and written English mandatory
• High-level of problem-solving skills
• Proactive and autonomous in completing tasks
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Good communication skills (written, verbal, and face-to-face)
• Ability to work under a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment
• Self-Starter and able to work independently

Technical skills
• MS Active Directory (Very experienced)
• MS Office 365 (Hybrid environment, Powershell management)
• MS Windows Server 2012-2019. (DNS, AD, DHCP, WSUS, WDS MDT, IIS, RDP)
• VMware vSphere Hypervisor 6.5/6.7ama
• Hyper-V (2012/2016)
• File storage (Storage controllers, Samba, FreeNAS, etc.)
• Knowledgeable on Firewall, switch, router management (Palo Alto, Cisco, PFSense, etc)
• Understanding of IPSec, GRE, PPTP, OpenVPN
• Scripting (PowerShell needed, Python, Bash, etc also helpful)
• Linux (Server and Client configuration, Ubuntu, Debian, OpenSUSE)
• Backup (Veeam Backup and Replication. Bacula, other online services, etc.)
• File transfer across long distance (SFTP, Perforce, DFS, Aspera, Torrent, etc.)
• Knowledge in best practices and project management (ITIL, Agile, etc.)
