English Teacher

岗位职责：
Job Responsibilities:
1. 每周基本教研工作，按时备课，作业布置，作业批改，培训，教学研讨会，市场宣传等
Weekly basic teaching and research work, preparing lessons, assignments, assignment corrections, training, teaching seminars, marketing on time ect.
2. 英语课程教学，英语活动课，手工课教学，英语户外课教学等教学相关的工作；
English course teaching, English activity class, handcraft class teaching, English outdoor class teaching, related teaching activities;
3. 积极做好教学教研活动，与中方教师沟通探讨，不断提升教学能力，保证教学结果；避免家长投诉及学员退费。
Actively carry out teaching and research activities, communicate with Chinese teachers, continuously improve teaching ability, and ensure teaching results, avoid parents complaints and students refunding.
4. 与家长良好沟通和互动，及时与教学组讨论跟进学生的全面发展。
Communicate and interact with parents well and discuss with the teaching group in a timely manner to follow up on the overall development of the students.
5.工作认真负责，为人态度友善，有团队意识，热爱教师工作，喜欢孩子

工作时间：
Working Time:
1. 每周固定上班时间40小时，周末全天，周中根据实际安排，如遇特殊工作安排，学校将提前一周通知外籍员工
Fixed 40 hours of work per week, full days on weekends, other days school will arrange. If we have any special arrangement the school will give one week notice.
2.每周固定休假1.5天/2天，外教可以根据自己需求选择不同薪资和休假天数
Fixed days off of 1.5 days / 2 days, foreign teachers can choose different salary and vacation days according to their needs
2. 节假日期间，工作时间如需调整，提前一周通知外籍员
During the holidays, if the working hours need to be adjusted, notify the foreigners one week in advance.
3. 寒暑假期间因课程密集，学校将根据实际运用情况调整班表
Due to the intensive curriculum during the summer and winter vacations, the school will adjust the schedule according to the actual application.

Admissions bonus, foreign employees successfully recommend new students to the school and successfully enroll in the 1 year course, and get the recommended bonus of 500RMB per student. This will be added to your salary after the student refunds period ends.
5.享受中国传统佳节福利（端午节，中秋节，春节福利礼物）

8.学校负责办理外籍员工的居留许可
The school is responsible for handling the local registration of foreign employees.
9.学校给外籍员工购买保险
The school buys insurance for foreign employees
10.学校提供舒适的住宿，外籍员工只需承担除房租以外的费用，并有义务保证公寓的安全和设施完好，如因个人原因造成损坏，学校将从工资中扣除。公寓仅供个人使用，如需接待他人需提前向学校申请。
The school provides accommodation. The foreign employees bear the expenses other than the rent, and are obliged to ensure the safety and equipment of the apartment. If the damage is caused by personal reasons, the school will deduct the salary. The apartment is for personal use only. If you need to receive someone else, you need to apply to the school in advance.
