岗位职责：
1、完成常规课和dome课的授课工作
2、做好每周课程内容备课，并对课程体系进行梳理
3、协助课程顾问进行签单
4、对所需学员进行课前测试
5、制定期中/期末测试内容
6、根据助教安排与家长进行沟通和交流
7、完成每个阶段年度课程体系教学大纲的梳理
工作内容：
1、负责3-12岁孩子的英语教学；
1, responsible for 3-12 years old children‘’s English teaching;
2、按照校区制定的课程进度表授课，并根据课程内容安排阶段性测试；
2, according to the center of the curriculum schedule table, an d according to the curriculum content arrangement stage test;
3、严格执行学校的各项教学要求和规章制度，服从校区教学部的课程安排，并定期参加教师会议，给予中心学术上的改进与支持；
3, strict implementation of the school‘’s teaching requirements an d rules an d regulations, obey the academic department of the curriculum
arrangement, an d regularly participate in teacher meetings, to give the center of academic improvement an d support;
4、形象师德皆优，善于调动课堂气氛，对学员亲切、热情

5、协助我校对英语教师进行口语培训和英语教法的交流。
　　assist chinese english teacher on the oral english training program and exchange the english teaching method.
6、协助学校对应聘教师进行口语测试。
　　assist the school recruit team for applicants’ oral english test .
7、参加校内外各项英语活动。如英语日、英语活动课、英语竞赛，优质课评比等等。
　　attend english activities held by school, such as english day, english outdoor activities, english petition and english class assessment.
8、参与学校培优活动、英语教案、教材制定与修改工作。
　　attend activities for advanced classes; assist the school to draft and revise the english teaching materials.
9、参与每月一次的例会、反馈与汇报工作。
　　attend the monthly meeting to give feedback and report the relevant teaching work.
10、参加每周与助教一起的备课/磨课
　　attend the biweekly meeting with chinese english teacher to make lesson plans collectively.
　　11、任教期间妥善保管好办公室内外各种设施，爱护学校财物，节约能源，如有损坏请照价自觉赔偿。
　　keep facilities of the office and classroom in good shape, and keep energy-saving in mind. in case of any damage, foreign teacher should pensate according to the value.
　12、讲卫生，保持教室和办公室清洁卫生。
　　keep classroom and office clean and tidy.
