Job Description：工作职责
1.Teach motivated high school students whose goal is to get their degrees abroad.
2.Planning and preparing courses and lessons; teaching students, according to their educational needs.
3.Assessing, recording and reporting on the development, progress and attainment of students.
4.Preparing students for examinations and for their next level of study.
5.Identifying and researching resources and equipment required for teaching.
6.Offer extra-curricular activities to support the ethos and enrichment of the school’s provision
7.To contribute to areas of departmental development as a member of the Science team.
8.To undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by the Master or Head of Science.

Position Requirements:岗位要求
1.Strong education background (bachelor's degree at minimum).
2.Relevant subject majors or teaching credentials.
3.Minimum two years teaching experience teaching relevant subject.
4.Native-level English speaker. Fluency in written and spoken English to enable effective communication with students and in working relationships.
5.Knowledge of A-level/GCSE/IGCSE curricula, their delivery and assessment.
6.All applicants must meet the work permit/Visa regulations of China.
7.A passion for relevant subject and the ability to share this with as wide a range of students as possible.
8.Cross cultural awareness.
9.Strong organizational, self-management and problem-solving skills.
10.Excellent inter-personal skills. An understanding and commitment to being a team player.
