English Teacher

Job description
1. Job title: English Teacher;
2. Provide English course to students of all ages (3 to 18 mainly) ;
3. Give demos to new students and do marketing activities;
4. Attend weekly meeting, training, workshop and do PPT or paper work required;
5. 5 working days per week;
6. Working hours per week: 40
7.The teaching hours shall be no less than 23 hours

Welfare treatment:
1. Basic salary: 12000-18000 per month;
2.Bonus system:
a. Bonus for successful demo, customer retention, class regrouping and new teacher recommendation;
b. Outstanding performance will be rewarded with 100-2000 RMB
c. Pay includes 20% performance appraisal
d. Overtime pay: 100-200 RMB per hour for extra teaching;

Requirements:
1. Native English speaker preferred;
2. Bachelor's or Master’s degree and majored in education preferred;
3. At least 1 year related experience with reference letter;
4. TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate preferred;
5. 22 to 40 years old.
