Aston Foreign Recruitment Department is looking for someone who is full of energy, ideas, and most importantly someone who takes pride in their work and will be the brand ambassador for our growing global HR team. We hope our future colleague is capable working in a fast paced environment with excellent customer service skills, ideally with previous knowledge of candidate attraction and sourcing methods. This is an exciting and challenging position and you will play a key role in AEG’s ongoing western teacher recruitment efforts, aimed at ensuring that AEG has the right people at the right time to meet its teaching needs. We are delighted to let you know about a great opportunity we have available for a Recruiter based in our head office in the beautiful seaside city of Dalian.

Duties and Responsibilities – Included but not limited to:

Recruiting foreign teaching and management staff for Aston-owned schools, Partnership schools, Franchise schools and external cooperating clients while providing full support on teachers’ communication with school managers.

Responding to new teachers’ emails, processing their applications, and interviewing potential new teachers.

Recruiting for all schools 4 times a year (Summer Intensive, Winter Intensive, Spring Term and Autumn Term).

Exploring new recruiting co-operations with overseas organizations.

Participate actively in all recruitment related activities as well as staffing activities across functions and location on a need project basis.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in any subject
A minimum of two year’s working experience after graduation
Ability to work independently as well as work in a team environment
Organized with good problem solving abilities
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Sales skills are an advantage
