岗位职责：
1. 结合中西方课程体系，采用国际化教学理念和方式，进行课程设计研发；
2. 课程讲授、课程相关活动的组织实施；
3. 积极做好教学教研活动，与外方教师沟通探讨，提升业务能力，课程品质；
4. 与家长做好家校沟通，及时与教学组讨论跟进学生的全面发展。

任职要求：
1. 母语或者非母语老师都可以，学士学历以上
2. 具备2年以上教师相关工作经验，海外或国际学校工作背景优先；
3. 具有很强的英文表达能力，讲课生动活泼，知识面宽广；
4. 热爱教师行业，开拓性思维，善于通过教学反思改进教学过程，助力学生各方面能力的提升。

Your job is teaching English to 3-13 year-old students, working hours are not more than 40 hours in a week ,teaching hours are 18 hours in a week, the extra teaching hours per hour is 120 RMB.
Rest time: You can have 2 days off during workdays(from Tuesday to Friday) , but you should not have a rest on weekends.
