TJ International Education is founded by Ms. Julia Zhao in Beijing, China, in 2014
2. Company Staff
We now have over 60 members including 35 Chinese teacher and 5 Foreign teachers. We also have 70 part-time teachers as well.
3. Company Size
We now have four campus in Beijing, one campus in Hong Kong and one campus in Singapore. We have serviced over 2000 family over the past five years mainly form international schools and public schools in Beijing. In each campus we have about 100 students right now.

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in English literature.
2. At least 3 years’ experience of English related teaching. Prefer someone who has GCSE/A-Level teaching experience.
3. Native English Speakers (UK, US, Canadian, Australia, New Zealand Passport holders who are originally from their country and not someone who migrated to the country with a passport)

Job Responsibilities for English literature teachers
1. 30 teaching hours and 10 project hours per week
2. Design new English products for each campus and project department.
3. Develop a professional report with students and develop and implement personalized learning plans. Assess feedback and report on student learning.
4. Develop supportive, self-learning environments. Encourage international mindedness and global awareness.
