Teach English in China with high salary

Job description

1. Job title: ESL Teacher;
2. Provide English course to students of all ages (3 to 12 mainly) ;
3. Give demos to new students and do marketing activities;
4. Attend weekly meeting, training, workshop and do paper work required;
5. Handle all class sizes from 1 on 1 to groups;
6. 5 working days per week;
7. Working hours per week: 40 (25 teaching 15 office)

Benefits Package
1. Basic salary: 12000-18,000 RMB per month; (2000-3000USD)
2. Bonus system;
a. Contract completion bonus: 5000 RMB;
b. Bonus for successful demo, customer retention, class regrouping and new teacher
recommendation;
c. Monthly evaluation bonus: 300RMB to 1,000RMB depending on performance;
d. Overtime pay: 150-200 RMB per hour for extra teaching;
3. Allowance system
a. Housing allowance: 1500 RMB per month or free accommodation;
b. Reimbursement of return flight ticket:5000 RMB as maximum;
4. Other benefits
a. Visa support: provide legal residence permit;

Requirements
1. Native English speaker preferred;
2. Bachelor's or Master’s degree and majored in education preferred;
3. At least 1 year related experience with reference letter;
4. TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate preferred;
5. 22 to 45 years old.
