Company Description:
Shanghai EP Yingban Education Tech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as EP or Company) Was established leading position of English Training in Sharing Economy. EP is specialized in English teaching for kids from 3-12 years old mainly based in Shanghai and reach out to the rest of China.

Ideal Candidate:
- Teaching experience with young learners preferred
- A passion for educating young learners and a keen interest in their development
- Ability to command the attention of groups of children in an engaging and compelling manner
- An energetic, enthusiastic, and animated approach to storytelling and delivering content to learners

Responsibilities:
-Teaching kids aged from 3 to 12 years old

Requirements to teach in China:
• Speaks English at an Idiomatic level.
• Degree: BA or above (Education, linguistics or English degree given top priority).
• Experience: TEFL / other teaching certificate OR 2 years teaching experience required.
• Relocate: Must be willing to relocate to China.
Position Details:
• Student age range: 3-12 years old
• Class size: 10 to 20
• Class length: 75 -90 minutes
• Working Hours: includes 1 times of office hours of researching and 32 times of teaching class per week, the earliest class can be arranged at 9 a.m., and the last class of the day may starts at around 7:30 p.m.. There normally will be 2 off days each week, which may be separately arranged either on weekdays or at weekends based on the class timetable.
• Curriculum: school will provide teaching materials
• Chinese Teaching Assistant: depends on school.
• Training: Yes, 3-5 days unpaid.

Your compensation will include:

For shanghai：
• Monthly income: 2300 USD ~2900 USD (16500 RMB ~20500 RMB) After tax
• Base Salary: 1745 USD~2256 USD (12300 RMB ~15900RMB) After tax
• Teaching KPI：10% of income per month，after tax
• Housing: Housing allowance, 360 USD，（2500RMB） per month，after tax
• Pay day: 16th per month

For other cities:
• Monthly income: 1916 USD ~2342 USD (13500 RMB ~16500 RMB) After tax
• Base Salary: 1724 USD~2108 USD (12150 RMB ~14850RMB) After tax
• Teaching KPI：10% of income per month，after tax
• Housing: Housing provided
• Per day: 16th per month.

Additional Payments:
• Airfare Bonus: USD 580 (4,000 RMB) can be reimbursed when full filled contract and sign another one-year contract..
• Demo class bonus: NONE
• Over time: No over time work.
• Insurance: Commercial insurance (life & medical insurance)
• Public Holiday: Chinese public holidays and Christmas day paid off.
• Annual Holiday: 3 days as Annual Leave in the first contract year
