Native English Teachers in Xi'an

Duties:
-Teach lessons with up to 12 students
-Plan and prepare lessons according to the provided syllabus (All the lessons are pretty much already well-planned)
-Conduct monthly tests to gauge students’ progress
-Coordinate with teaching assistant to offer parents regular updates on how their child is doing in class
-Engage with students in the school outside of class time
-Coordinate with management to achieve the educational goals of the school
-Conduct occasional marketing activities
-Coordinate with the marketing team to plan marketing activities

Job Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree or above
-TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate or relevant 2 years post-graduate certificate
-At least 1 Year experience (with letter of recommendation)
-A genuine desire to live abroad
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Flexible and adaptable
-Citizens of the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa (China's visa regulations)
-Clean criminal background check
