Job title: receptionist 
Work location: 43/F, Fortune Financial Center, Beijing
Work pattern: full time
Dimensions: office area of 900 square meter, staff number of circa 40
Contract term: 1 year to 3 years, to be discussed with candidate
Report to: Chief HR Officer
Job responsibilities
 Man the reception area all time (except lunch break), for safety and visitors
 Take records of all visitors, inform host, and escort visitors
 Serve coffee, tea or other drinks
 Make sure the reception area is clean and orderly, and all facilities in function
 Connect with office landlord for necessary support re office facilities
 Book meeting rooms (3 in total) for meetings upon staff request, and resolve conflicts of booking
 Support meetings with meeting logistics
 Act as fire warden at time of emergency
 Back up office admin and HR admin for paperwork that can be performed from desktop in the reception
 Upon request, man the reception area at 50/F (where another office is)
Candidate requirements
 Fluent in both English and Chinese, oral and written
 Able to use Mac
 Strictly punctual
 Healthy, fit for work
 Highly responsible and strong initiator with good eyes for observations on areas for improvements
 Attention to details
 Service mindset and proper courtesy
 Good communicator
 Pleasant personality
